Quickie

Notes:
1. At YD's now, had lovely Mothering Sunday picnic with her and SIL2
2. Last day at care home was hard, sweet, tender, heart-breaking. Saturday was really warm so we went to the veranda and ED wheeled herself back and forth from one end to the other, over and over, until SIL and GS arrived and I fled to here.
3. It's all beyond words.
4. Going home on train tomorrow for Dr's appt then back here as Son will be home from his interview in Italy on Tuesday and then we have tickets to go and watch Pointless being recorded on Wednesday.
5. SIL bought me Mother's day presents from ED - some candles and a recipe-book stand which says "A clean kitchen is a sign of a wasted life" which really made me laugh as he's a clean freak and I'm a slob and I'm fighting off hysteria
