On Tuesday I did a fair bit of heavy work at the allotment, went to bed around midnight, fell asleep and didn't wake up till mid-afternoon. I had to be up early on Thursday, so after plentiful deliberation I took a sleeping pill Wednesday night. Up early, long walk, bed and no sleep till gone 5.30 am, when I had a fat spliff and a tranquiliser. Man. I slept through the alarms to wake me for acupuncture, but she was cool.
