Found my folder of handouts, phew, phew and thrice phew, I say unto you.

I'm trying to think if I've been outdoors today and I don't think I have, which is not great especially as the forecast if for unrelenting downpours from morning till night tomorrow. Ah well.

The first thing I found in the folder was a sheet called 'Ladder of Change' which has a bit of intro and a graphic that goes up in steps:

1. Stuck. Leave me alone.
2.Accepting help. I want someone else to sort things out.
3. Believing. I can make a differemce - it's up to me as well.
4. Learning. I'm learning how to do this.
5. Self reliance.

That's all. My boys here overnight.
