Good stuff
- Got up and did a HIIT workout at 7am. FFS,
- Went to Van Gogh interactive exhibition with Daughter, belated birthday treat. Fabulous. Used his words plus music by the likes of Satie to accompany the massive paintings projected onto all the high walls and the floor - so moving - we both cried.
- Phone call from Bloke that his cancer has all gone and his testosterone level is back up to normal and yes, the hot flushes have stopped.
- Then lunch at The Ivy - real treat - such a lush interior and fab food.
- Friday art at the museum, briefly, where I sorted through my paintings and brought loads home to put in a new page of art for sale.
- Collected Bloke from the private clinic where he'd had a steroid injection to cure his arthritic knee. Cost almost £1k. The NHS is going down the plughole as all who can afford to pay go private to avoid the queues and it's only us impoverished fuckers on the waiting list and if we didn't want to wait we shouldn't have been poor, should we? Will I get the 11% of every penny I earned paid into National Insurance back? Didn't think so.
- Came home. Slept. Woke up, watched telly, blogged, back to bed. Laters xxx
