It was fucking wild, honestly, there was a weather warning because of the wind, then a hotel caught fire and all the roads were closed, but no one was hurt, and everything was cool in the end. But anxiety, Jesus, how many factors were there adding to that. Plus we parked in Grandson's parking place, below his flat - he doesn't drive so this is always an option - but the door has jammed open and he was out, would we be locked out? I do that thing my CPN told me - ask myself, 'what's the worse that can happen?' But sometimes the answer is the incoming tide will throw shingle up the beach, breaking the windows, we won't be able to get out, and and and. But instead it was like this - if this link works. It might on wordpress but probably not on Diaryland. We were in the bar upstairs, waiting for the woman with the decorations, but she was stuck in the traffic due to the hotel fire.
