This is what I've been doing, that and dealing with the aftermath, taking bags of crap to the tip. I feel really good about having got to a place of being able to see what kind of stuff I don't need to keep, after a shaky start. It's all about loss, hoarding, but you can push on through when you have a kindly helper. But it's knocked me for six.
