Shh

It's been mad again - all my own fault, always trying to squeeze something extra in, then finding myself sat on the sofa gone midnight but still wide awake as I got in late and need that bit of time to myself before I can even think of going to bed. Yesterday: dog to vet for booster shots, finding a print shop to make a copy of a painting, go to B's place for lunch and art, though we didn't do any, home, make dinner, sewing group...  and breathe.

Today - up early for HIIT workout, clean up kitchen, make lunch, go to printers to pick up card, museum art group, go to Daughter's, drive through rush hour chanting om gum ganapataye namaha - the mantra for removing obstacles from your path - and slide straight into a parking spot opposite the beautiful Buddhist Centre, yay, Itsu for a reasonably healthy, reasonably cheap dinner, walk through the pre-Pride crowds, very nice vibe, so many gay couples holding hands, looking happy and peaceful. To the beach for the silent disco. Weather forecast was for wild wind and rain but what we got was calm, cloudy with sun poking through, lovely sunset, beautiful dance. T, the organiser gave me a free ticket as I've been such a big supporter - this was her biggest night so far with over 100 of us

I might sleep all day tomorrow
