Day 237

So tired - the election results have been so scary and slow and I don't understand the US system, never have, had it explained so many times but can't hold it in my head. I think he's lost, but he won't necessarily accept it.

Three good things today:
1. GP on phone, arranging Xray and blood test to check on sciatica diagnosis, being v reassuring about skin stuff.
2. Lovely walk on beach with Daughter who went in the sea, sunset, golden light, laughing together, so good.
3. Having an early night right now.

Fingers crossed, more hopefully now xx
