1. My brother is really ill. He has a bad chest infection but his lungs no longer work properly - the bottom part doesn't expand and contract, due to his Motor Neurone Disease - and he can't cough. He's in quite a lot of pain and breathing is a struggle. He's on penicillin but it hasn't kicked in yet. The doctors told them months ago (Bro and his wife) that a chest infection would be what did for him, but it's not clear yet (to us at any rate) whether this is the one, or if it's recoverable from.


2. That's it really. Nothing else matters much
