List:

1. My tolerance for further aggravation is at an all time low.
2. I planted out the peas and made a herb bed at the allotment.
3. On the way home I bought bags of compost to sort out my garden here, but I can't lift them out of the car. Now that I know it'll be shady I've been picking up plants that will thrive rather than merely survive. Lots of greenery will do me - flowers are a bonus.
4. Fuck - have just realised it's my friend M's birthday already, thought I still had a day to get her a card in the post.
5. I've been sent am appt for a doppler test on my legs to see why they won't go uphill any more.
6. There has been plenty more vileness in the news. I may have to take a holiday from it - is that actually possible?
7. Tomorrow is another fucking day
