annanotbob2's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Waiting for ATOS Thank you so much, kind, anonymous person who gave me Gold membership, thank you. Building up to the medical on Wednesday. Not good, but it'll be over soon. Trying to make myself do something to pass the time more quickly (other than watch The Wire - season 1 done already), but not getting very far. Body full of tension - jaw, shoulders, belly - as much as I make myself relax, back it comes. Same with the mental stuff - full of images of despair and destitution - talk myself round, use techniques learned in group etc etc, all good for a bit then back it comes as soon as I take my eye off the ball.
