Trying to get myself dressed and go out as Seville oranges are in the shops, so it's time to make marmalade. Or at least buy the oranges. Doctor has advised me to take quarter tablet of zopiclone for another couple of weeks to avoid further plummet of mood before stopping altogether. Which I am doing, but it's hard to think of this dragging on even longer. Cannot properly connect with anything or anyone.
