You had your moments, but I didn't really like you much. You were just too hard. I know I came through and met all the challenges you threw at me [all? Come off it, ed.], but it was too hard. I've spent the day reading through my posts for the last year and that's my definite conclusion. There's no reason to think a new date on the calendar is going to herald the start of anything, but I'm hoping for a bit of stability in which to expand my horizons back out into the world. In preparation for that I intend to spend the next few weeks largely on the sofa, watching box sets of TV series I've missed, starting with The Killing. I shall take a short walk every day and try and find a way of eating easily and healthily, but rest, deep, deep rest is top priority. I can't even get to imagining anything else.
