Tired now
Today I have:
- danced the 5 rhythms for an hour and a half
- driven half way round the county collecting paperwork to go to
- an endless, complicated brain-crushing meeting with a bank person to try and open a bank account where Elder Daughter's benefits can be paid in and withdrawn as needed. I didn't know she was getting these benefits but she has been since leaving her job in 2011. She has no mental capacity to speak of so can't tell us anything about any of it, nor make decisions. The process is really complicated, with lots of restrictions and what have yous, quite rightly so, but still.
- taken her out for a long walk in the dying light of the late afternoon - where did summer suddenly fuck off to, eh? Dark soon after six? On the pier in the misty silence. Lovely.
- walked 5.8 miles altogether
- written a first draft of a difficult email to ED's ex partner who maybe has been having the money away - how to phrase it so he doesn't quickly rush to cover his traces if guilty? But he might not be... this is my theme for this autumn
